*A bit of a long review here, but it’s quite necessary! Me and my family moved to the Buffalo Area last year in May. We purchased our home in Orchard Park, NY. We unfortunately didn’t use Chaylee for the purchase of our home (wishing we did) but we had to turn around and sell our home a year later due to my job re locating me to a different state. During the time of us trying to sell our home we worked with a very well known realtor in Buffalo, NY by the name of Alina. Needless to say that experience was horrible and I will save that negative experience for another conversation. Me and my family had to pivot and find another realtor one of my teammates referred me to Chaylee and from the first conversation with her I knew we were in good hands! Chaylee worked tirelessly for me and my family to get our house sold, and not only did she get it sold she OVER ACHIEVED by getting our home sold over asking price. Her communication, work ethic, patience, and her care/love for what she does pours over to her clients and me and my family felt that. I also must add that I was not in NY during the time of the sell and she orchestrated everything with me from a distance. She kept me in the loop on everything that was going on with the property every time there was a showing, a cancellation, an offer presented, etc. Lastly, chaylee had a family emergency in the middle of our process of selling and she STILL was over communicating and making sure that we were taking care of. I can not say enough good things about her! I would highly advise working with her for your home purchase and selling needs. I chose Jayne because right away, she was punctual, she listened to what we needed and were looking for. If she gave advice, she was always respectful. There were moments of emotion going through the various showings and concerns during the showings and she was as steady as a rock !!
